All services authorized by the Committee on Preschool Special Education are provided at no cost to families. All authorized Preschool Special Education Programs are funded and monitored by the New York State Education Department and local county governments.

- Comprehensive Monolingual and Bilingual, Multidisciplinary Evaluations
- Speech Language Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Counseling
- Psychological Services
- Assistive Technology
- Autism and Behavioral Services
- Audiology
- Vision Services
- Nursing Services
- Parent Reimbersement for mileage or transportation services (when applicable)

- Special Education Itinerant Teacher or SEIT
- Special Class in An Integrated Setting or SCIS
- Special Class or SC
